# Send Templates

Template Messages allow businesses to send approved WhatsApp message templates through Taqnyat's API.

Use template messages when initiating communication with a customer outside the 24-hour customer service window or whenever an approved template is required.

All template messages are sent through the WhatsApp messaging endpoint and must reference a template that has already been approved.

Use the following sections based on the template type you want to send.
