### What is OTP Verification?

OTP stands for One-Time Password.

It is a temporary verification code sent to your registered phone number or email to confirm your identity before accessing LiveChat.

OTP verification is applied according to the instructions of the Saudi Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), and adds an extra layer of security to protect your account and customer conversations.

### After Logging In

After logging in, you will be able to access the sections and features assigned to your user role.

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to:

* View customer conversations
* Reply to customers
* Send template messages
* Use fast responses
* Assign or transfer chats
* Monitor department conversations
* Access reports and dashboard pages
* Manage LiveChat settings

### Login Access Based on Role

The pages and actions available to you may differ depending on your role.

#### Agent

Agents usually access their assigned conversations and reply to customers.

#### Supervisor

Supervisors may monitor team conversations, view department chats, assign chats, and review performance depending on permissions.

#### Admin

Admins may manage users, departments, permissions, and general LiveChat settings.

### Common Login Issues

#### Incorrect username or password

Make sure the entered username and password are correct.

Check for extra spaces, spelling mistakes, or incorrect letter case.

#### OTP code not received

If you do not receive the OTP code, try the following:

* Make sure you selected the correct delivery method
* Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder
* Make sure your registered phone number is active and reachable
* Wait a few minutes and try requesting the code again
* Contact your admin or support team if the issue continues

#### OTP code is incorrect or expired

OTP codes are temporary and may expire after a short time.

If the code does not work, request a new OTP code and enter the latest one received.

#### Account does not have access

If you can log in but cannot access LiveChat features, your account may not have the required permissions.

Contact your admin to review your user role and permissions.

#### Session expired

For security reasons, your session may expire after a period of inactivity.

If this happens, log in again to continue using LiveChat.

#### Login page is not loading

If the login page does not load, try the following:

* Refresh the page
* Check your internet connection
* Try using another browser
* Clear browser cache
* Contact your support team if the issue continues

### Security Reminder

Do not share your username, password, or OTP code with others.

Each user should access LiveChat using their own account so that conversations, actions, and reports are tracked correctly.

### Next step
