# Sender Approval

Before sending emails through Taqnyat, your sender email address must be approved and activated.

#### Why Sender Approval Is Required

Sender approval helps:

* Protect your domain reputation
* Prevent unauthorized use
* Ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations
* Maintain high deliverability standards

Only approved sender addresses are allowed to send emails through the platform.

#### How to Request Sender Approval

1. Provide the sender name via email to support team.
2. Submit a request to activate your sender email address.
3. Provide any required documentation (if requested).
4. Wait for confirmation from Taqnyat support.

#### Important Requirements

To get approval, you must:

* Use a domain you own or are authorized to use.
* Verify your sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC recommended).
* Confirm that recipients have given explicit consent to receive emails.

#### What Happens If You Send Without Approval?

Emails sent from unapproved senders may:

* Be rejected
* Fail delivery
* Trigger account restrictions
