# Dashboard Overview

The Taqnyat dashboard gives you a quick overview of your WhatsApp Business API account, recent messaging activity, consumption, and service status.

It is the first page displayed after signing in and helps you confirm that your account is active and ready before creating templates or sending campaigns.

### Account Status

The **Account Status** section displays the main information related to your connected WhatsApp Business account.

#### Messaging limit

The **Limit** field shows the account’s current messaging tier.

In the example shown, the account limit is:

`TIER_10K`

This indicates the current level assigned to the account for business-initiated messaging is 10,000 message per day.

#### Quality

The **Quality** field shows the current quality rating of the WhatsApp number.

A **High** rating indicates that the account is currently maintaining a healthy level of message quality and customer feedback.

The quality rating may be affected by factors such as:

* Customers blocking the business.
* Customers reporting messages.
* Sending irrelevant content.
* Sending messages too frequently.
* Contacting recipients who did not expect the message.
* Engagement from customers can improve your account's quality

#### Account name

The **Name** field displays the name associated with the WhatsApp account or connected number.

In the example shown, the account name is:

`canaryumn`

#### Status

The **Status** field shows whether the WhatsApp account is currently available for messaging.

An **Active** status means that the account is connected and operational.

When the account is not active, some messaging functions may be unavailable.

### WhatsApp Sending Activity

The **WhatsApp Sending Last 10 Days** chart provides a visual summary of recent WhatsApp message activity.

You can use it to:

* Track message volume over the last ten days.
* Identify days with higher sending activity.
* Notice unexpected changes in usage.
* Compare recent activity with planned campaigns.

The chart provides a general activity overview. For detailed campaign and recipient-level results, use the [**Campaign Reports**](/home/whatsapp-business-api-documentation/reports-and-analytics.md) section.

### Consumption by Message Category

The dashboard displays WhatsApp consumption separately according to message category.

#### Service

Shows the consumption associated with service messages.

These messages are generally part of customer conversations and support interactions.

#### Utility

Shows consumption for utility messages, such as transactional updates and service-related notifications.

Examples may include:

* Order updates.
* Appointment reminders.
* Payment confirmations.
* Delivery notifications.

#### Marketing

Shows consumption for marketing messages.

These may include:

* Promotions.
* Offers.
* Product announcements.
* Invitations.
* Customer re-engagement messages.

#### Authentication

Shows consumption for authentication messages, such as verification codes and login-related messages.

#### Bot

Shows consumption related to chatbot messaging, when the chatbot service is active for the account.

Each category card shows the country or package information and the total consumption recorded for that category.

### Balance and Usage

Depending on the account configuration, the dashboard may display:

* Available account balance.
* Estimated number of messages that can be sent using the available balance.
* Balance or credit expiry date.
* Consumption for each WhatsApp message category.

The estimated number of available messages may vary because the cost depends on the message category and applicable pricing.

Before sending a campaign, confirm that the account has sufficient balance for the expected number and type of messages.

### Support Tickets

The **Tickets** section displays recent help requests created through the account.

In the current interface, the dashboard shows the last three opened help requests.

Use this section to:

* Review recent support cases.
* Check whether a reported issue is still open.
* Access an existing request without creating a duplicate ticket.

The support-chat icon in the lower-right corner can also be used to access the available support channel.

### Portal Controls

The top-right area of the portal contains general account controls.

These may include:

* Recent activity or history.
* Language selection.
* Full-screen display.
* User profile and account options.

The visible controls may vary depending on the portal version and user permissions.

### Manage WhatsApp Menu

The **Manage WhatsApp** menu on the left side provides access to the main WhatsApp Business API tools.

The current interface includes:

* [**Business Profiles**](/home/whatsapp-business-api-documentation/account-management.md)
* [**Message Templates**](/home/whatsapp-business-api-documentation/templates-and-messages.md)
* **Quick Send**
* **Live Campaigns**
* **Failed Campaigns**
* **Scheduled Campaigns**
* **Sent Campaigns**
* **Campaign Reports**
* **Blocked Contacts**
* **Usage Summary**

### Before You Continue

Before creating a template or sending a campaign, confirm that:

* The account status is **Active**.
* The account quality is healthy.
* The correct WhatsApp account name is displayed.
* The account has sufficient balance.
* Consumption appears consistent with your expected activity.
* No important support ticket requires attention.
