# Logging Into Taqnyat's Portal

Taqnyat's portal is the main platform used to manage your WhatsApp Business API service, including templates, campaigns, messages, reports, and account usage.

### Step 1: Open Taqnyat's portal

Go to:

`https://portal.taqnyat.sa/`

### Step 2: Enter your login details

On the sign-in page:

1. Enter your **username**.
2. Enter your **password**.
3. Complete the Google CAPTCHA verification.
4. Click **Login**.

### Step 3: Enter the verification code

After your username and password are verified, a four-digit verification code is sent to the mobile number registered with your account.

1. Enter the four-digit verification code.
2. Click **Login** again.
3. You will be redirected to the main dashboard.

### If you cannot log in

Check the following:

* The username was entered correctly.
* The password was entered correctly.
* The CAPTCHA verification was completed.
* You entered the latest verification code.
* The registered mobile number is available.
* The verification code has not expired.
* Your internet connection is stable.

If the issue continues, contact Taqnyat's Technical Support and provide:

* Your account username.
* The time the issue occurred.
* A screenshot of the error.
* A brief description of the steps completed before the error appeared.

> Do not share your password or verification code with another person or include them in a support request.
