# Getting started

This section introduces the Taqnyat Chatbot platform and walks you through the first steps needed to start building automated conversations.

You’ll learn how to access the chatbot builder, create a new scenario, configure its basic settings, and open the scenario editor to begin designing the conversation flow.

## What you'll need

Before you start, make sure you have:

* [x] An account on the platform (free plans work fine)
* [x] A repository or local project you'd like to deploy
* [x] A few minutes of uninterrupted time
