If your sender email is not activated, contact [email protected] or your account manager.

Step 2: Access the Email Dashboard

  1. Open your dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Email Section

  3. Select Email Builder / New Campaign

The Email Builder allows you to compose, design, and send emails easily.

Inside the Email Builder:

  • Enter your Campaign Name

  • Select your Approved Sender Email

  • Add recipient email addresses (single or multiple)

  • Write your Subject Line

  • Create your message content (Text or HTML)

  • Preview your email before sending

You can also test the message by sending it to your own email first.

Step 4: Review Before Sending

Before clicking Send, make sure:

  • The subject line is clear and professional

  • The content follows best practices

  • All recipient emails are correct and up-to-date

  • You test your message using tools such as mail-tester.com to check spam score and improve deliverability before sending.

  • Maintaining good email list quality is extremely important.

Important Service Terms You Must Follow

To maintain high deliverability and protect your account, you must comply with Taqnyat Email Service Terms and Conditions.
