# Reports & Dashboard

This section explains how users can review LiveChat activity, monitor conversation performance, and export available reports.

Reports and dashboard views help supervisors and authorized users understand conversation volume, customer feedback, chat closure status, and other operational insights.

The available reports and dashboard sections may differ depending on the account setup, enabled services, and permissions configured from the Portal.
